The residence consists of twelve apartments, each with a private terrace and lake view. The available apartment types are as follows:
For 2 guests, consisting of a living area with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and private terrace (approx. 28 sqm). Type A
For 2 guests, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Located on the top floor with private terrace (approx. 30 sqm). Type A sup
Consisting of a bedroom with double bed, living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and private terrace (approx. 40 sqm). Type Bx4
Consisting of a bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 2 single beds, living area with single sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and private terrace (approx. 48 sqm). Type Bx5
Consisting of a bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 2 single beds, spacious living area with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and private terrace (approx. 54 sqm). Type C
For 6 guests, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 2 single beds, spacious living area with double sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Located on the top floor with private terrace (approx. 55 sqm). Type C sup
Services:
All the apartments are supplied with bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment. Services included: gas, electricity and heating, air conditioning, summer swimming pool (10 x 4m) with lake view, covered car parking, satellite TV, wifi, garden with BBQ and final clean. For longer periods a weekly clean and linen change. On request children under 3 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs. Optional services (at an extra cost): fresh bread delivered daily, electric car charging and daily change of bath towels. We accept small size pets on request at no extra charge.
Before booking:
In July and August the stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). During the rest of the year, the minimum period is usually 3 days.
Check in is available from 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Check out is by and no later than 10 am. You will meet a person with the key. Check-ins outside the scheduled times are not allowed.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Unionpay and Maestro are accepted cards at the Residence. Cash payments are also accepted on site.

In general, we recommend having a car in order to fully enjoy the stay and the beauty of Lake Garda. Furthermore, our residence is not recommended for guests with motor disabilities.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days: 50% of the total price. No-shows: same fee as late cancellation.
Where we are and how to find us:
The residence is 1.300 metres from the centre of Gardone sopra (where the Vittoriale, bars, restaurants and grocers can be found) and 1.600 metres from the centre of Gardone sotto on the lake ( where banking, post office, chemist, police, shops, bars and restaurants can be found)
How to find us: in Gardone opposite the restaurant/cinema Casinò take the road up to the Vittoriale degli Italiani going past it and following the road to S.Michele, after about 1.200 metres take the road on the right going over a small bridge (its location on Google Maps) following the road to its end you will find Villa Panorama (100 meters). There are many signs for Villa Panorama to indicate the way.
Notice: Do not use GPS navigation systems because some of them do not lead you to right address. Turn it off near the Vittoriale (Vittoriale road nr. 12) and/or follow the above mentioned indications.
