The residence is made up of twelve apartments each of which has a lake view terrace. There are five types of apartments:
for two people (about 28 sq. m) consisting of a living room with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace.
for two people (about 30 sq. m) consisting of double bedroom, a kitchen with table and a bathroom with shower. It is located on the top floor with private terrace.
for four people (about 40 sq. m) consisting of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. For five people (about 48 sq. m) consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, living room with single sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace.
for six people (about 54 sq. m) consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a private terrace.
for six people (about 55 sq. m) consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is located on the top floor with private terrace.

All the apartments are supplied with bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment. Services included: gas, eletricity and heating, air conditioning, summer swimming pool (10 x 4m) with lake view, covered car parking, satellite TV, wifi in public areas, garden with BBQ and final clean. For longer periods a weekly clean and linen change. On request children under 3 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs. Optional services: at extra cost fresh bread delivered daily, basic laundry service, daily change of bath towels. We accept small size pets on request at no extra charge.

Apartment type A superior from 105 € to 145 €
Apartment type B from 115 € to 185 €
Apartment type C from 145 € to 200 €
Apartment type C superior from 155 € to 210 €
The prices are based on the number of people in each apartment. Maximum prices are applied only in July and August. Sometimes last minute rates are available. In July and August the stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). During the rest of the year, the minimum period is usually 3 days.
Check in is available from 2 pm to 8 pm (except for reasonable delay). Check out is by and no later than 10 am. You will meet a person with the key or, if temporarily absent, a sheet at the lobby with all informations you need to get your own apartment.
Cancellation policy: the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. No prepayment is needed.

If you intend to book through Booking.com, once the type of apartment has been selected, the assignment is random. While, if you book directly via email, you can almost always express your preference.
In general we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the stay and the beauty of Lake Garda.
The residence is 1.300 metres from the centre of Gardone sopra (where the Vittoriale, bars, restaurants and grocers can be found) and 1.600 metres from the centre of Gardone sotto on the lake ( where banking, post office, chemist, police, shops, bars and restaurants can be found)
How to find us: in Gardone opposite the restaurant/cinema Casinò take the road up to the Vittoriale degli Italiani going past it and following the road to S.Michele, after about 1.200 metres take the road on the right going over a small bridge (its location on Google Maps: Click here), following the road to its end you will find Villa Panorama (100 meters). There are many signs for Villa Panorama to indicate the way.
Notice: Do not use GPS navigation systems because some of them do not lead you to right address. Turn it off near the Vittoriale (Vittoriale road nr. 12) and/or follow the above mentioned indications.
