 The
residence is made up of twelve apartments
each of which has a lake view
terrace.
There are three types of apartments:
Apartment Type a : for two people
(about 28sq. m) consisting
of a living room with a double
bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom
with bath or shower.
Apartment Type b : for three people (about 32sq.
m) consisting of a double bedroom, living
room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
Apartment Type c : for four - five people (about
54s. m) consisting of two double bedroom,
a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen
and bathroom with bath or shower.
In the future we anticipate being able to provide a further
bed for children. All the apartments
are supplied with bed linen
and kitchen equipment.
 Services:
Services included: gas, eletricity
and heating, summer swimming
pool (10 x 4m) with lake
view, covered car parking,
satellite TV, garden with
BBQ. Final clean and for
longer periods
a weekly clean and linen
change. Optional services: at extra
cost fresh bread delivered
daily, daily change of bath
towels.
The usual minimum period of stay is one week (from Saturday
to Saturday)
Please arrive between 17.00
and 20.00 and depart before
10.00
We accept small size
pets at no extra charge.

is usually required to secure your booking. The remainig money to be paid when you arrive
in the Residence. We are unable to accept credit cards/bancomat.

Casinò take the road
up to the Vittoriale degli
Italiani going past it and
following the road to S.Michele,
after about
1.200 metres take the road
on the right going over a small
bridge, following the road
to its
end you will find Villa Panorama.
There are many signs for Villa
Panorama to indicate the
